All three of our apartments are in Condominio Marbella del Caribe Este, a gated oceanfront building on Avenida Isla Verde. You get resort-style common areas with the privacy and space of a real home.

Beach access

A private path leads from the oceanfront garden straight onto Isla Verde beach. We leave beach chairs and towels in every apartment, and we recommend the umbrella service on the sand — it gets windy from December to June.

Security

The building is gated with 24-hour security at the entrance, so you can relax and let the kids enjoy the pool and playground.

Parking

Each apartment includes one covered parking spot in the building garage. The garage maximum height is 5′11″ — please keep that in mind when choosing a rental car (tall vans and roof racks won't fit).
