What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need a little flexibility, ask us — we'll do our best depending on the calendar.
How do I get into the apartment?
All apartments have smart-lock self check-in. We send your personal door code the day before you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, each apartment includes one covered parking spot in the building garage. The garage maximum height is 5′11″, so avoid tall vans or vehicles with roof racks.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, every apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent pods. Casa Jenny has a true vented dryer that dries much faster; Casa Dani has a ventless combo unit.
Do you provide beach chairs and umbrellas?
We provide beach chairs and beach towels in every apartment. For shade, we recommend the umbrella service right on the beach — it's windy from December to June, which makes carrying your own umbrella hard.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, set by building rules: 3 nights for Sunday, Monday or Tuesday check-ins, and 4 nights for Wednesday through Saturday check-ins.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, out of respect for the neighbors in the building.
Can I smoke or bring pets?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartments, including balconies — a $500 fee applies. Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
What is your hurricane policy?
Bookings made on Airbnb or VRBO follow that platform's policy. For direct bookings, we refund unused nights only if authorities issue a mandatory evacuation order. We strongly recommend travel insurance, especially from June to November.
How far is the airport and Old San Juan?
SJU airport is about 10 minutes away by car and Old San Juan is about 15 minutes.
