About this apartment
Casa Jenny is our newest home and the highest of the three, on the 15th floor. Remodeled in 2026, it opens into one generous living space with a quartz kitchen island where everyone ends up gathering.
Out on the balcony, a large dining table means breakfast, lunch and sunset dinners with the sea in front of you. Samsung 50", 55" and 65" smart TVs (cable in the living room) cover movie nights.
It is also the only one of our three apartments with a true vented dryer, which dries much faster — handy after long beach days. King in the primary, queen in the second bedroom and a queen sofa bed sleep six.
